where can i find cordura 1000 denier fabric in melbourne?

I am wishing to make a fairly large waterproof bag.
No fabric shops seem to stock cordura or ballistic nylon, understandably as they are more production fabrics. The only places that seem to sell it are importers, where i would have to buy a roll which is silly expensive and much more than i need. I am contemplating ordering from overseas but with the cost of shipping from the states i may as well get a custom built bag.
If any one knows of a diy hiking or camping fabrics store i would probably have better luck.

Way out of my knowledge paddy pallin are expert outfitters for outdoors go and see what they have already and if can’t sell you something would get in or tell you where to locate it but remember suppliers do so in min quantise that’s why not normally way to go.
