Help: Need a beach-worthy body in a week?
Me and some friends are going camping at the end of this week, as a yay-we’ve-finished-our-exams type thing.
However, I’m looking pretty rank at the moment, due to study leave meaning that I just pick at snack food and it’s all really bad for me…
I’m definately not “thin” anyway, but I currently weigh 9st 10, and I’d really like to get that down before next week.
I know I should eat healthy and exercise, but I have exams tuesday, wednesday and friday, plus there’s nothing but crap in my cupboards!
Really don’t know what to do, any help?

I know I’ve left it late – we were going to go in July and I had everything all planned out, but then it got moved, and I’m floundering! x
Don’t go on any starve-yourself diets, they won’t make a difference and you’ll just gain the weight you ‘lost’ back by simply drinking water. Just make sure you’re not bloated, so no junk food, high fat or sugar foods, salty or spicy foods, alcohol etc. before the big day. Also you don’t want to excercise like crazy, you’ll just end up with stiff mucsles. You might feel better just by doing some cardio for the week you have to go. You might not look slimmer but you’ll feel more energized and it’ll show. You might also want to use some clever camouflage tricks. Tanned skin has a slimming effect so if you’re pale use some self-tanning products during the week. Also think about what you’ll be wearing. If you’re not comfortable with your tummy perhaps invest in a cute one-piece swimsuit or if your legs make you self-concious try a wrap or a swimskirt. Have fun.
